TDS was contracted by a Chicago based development firm and local Architect to field verify and provide existing CAD drawings on this historical bank building in Downtown Royal Oak, Michigan
Scope of work included field verification and as-built CAD drawings partial floor plans, detailed steel roof truss diagrams / details, existing wall sections, roof plan, historical exterior elevation documentation / detailing and digital photographs of building.
Initial lead time of fourteen (14) days with a primary turn-around of nine (9) business days.
